Staff 1

Do you have a heart for teens, or young adults trying to figure out how to deal with anxiety and other mental health struggles?  Come join a newly expanding practice that sits right in the heart of over a dozen schools.  Light For Your Path, Anxiety and Mental Health Counseling is in search of a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team.  The ideal counselor for this position would be comfortable working with kids and teens, as well as adults, and be available to work some afternoon and evening hours. The position would start part time with the goal of moving into a more full time status. Candidates will also need to be motivated to help develop and build themselves a successful caseload through networking in the community.  We just moved into a great location on the east side of downtown, with many schools and churches to network with.

Light For Your Path Counseling has a focus on treating anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, and the disorders that come along with those presentations. We also include a strongly advertised Christian Counseling component. All candidates should feel comfortable with these main advertising points, along with any other skills they will bring to the practice.
