    Do you do virtual counseling?

    Yes, knowing that virtual appointments may make it easier for someone to attend, we are set up for both in person and virtual counseling. The virtual counseling services are provided by a secure HIPAA compliant platform.

    What if I am late for an appointment?

    Your appointment time is reserved just for you, as are all our appointments.  This means your appointment will still end at it’s scheduled time and we miss some valuable time working with you on your goals.  We understand that being late happens at times, but we hope that you will make the journey to your goals a priority, which includes making the most use of your time.  You will still have the financial responsibility for the full time, even if late.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or requests for rescheduling.  If this is not done at least 24 hours in advance, there is a late cancellation fee.

    How long do I have to do counseling?

    We know this is common question that many people have, because, well, we all like to know the set plan and how it ends. Our desire is get your moving down your path and working through the roadblocks in a consistent manner. We want to get you to a place that you feel you have accomplished your goals and can continue to confidently move forward in your path with the skill sets learned.  

    How many sessions your counseling will take depends on what you are hoping to accomplish, the tools we will set together, and your willingness to engage in your growth, during, and in between sesssions.  We will continue to evaluate it along the way, checking in toward that successful end.
