When using insurance, the copay, or coinsurance will be due at the time of service. Cash, checks or credit/debit/HSA cards are acceptable as payment. Other insurances can be billed as Out-of-Network.

Please confirm with your insurance provider on network status and your financial responsibility in regards to copays or coinsurance.

The cost of counseling does not need to be the reason that you do not consider counseling. If you have financial concerns about counseling, please share them with us. At times, we may be able to consider a reduced fee.

Office Hours

Current office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can schedule out a consistent weekly appointment time, or set them up week by week.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that you will be billed a $70 fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
