Karena Huston

I enjoy providing a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their concerns and experiences. I am a Counseling Intern with a collaborative, person-centered approach that emphasizes respect, empathy, and client autonomy.

I approach therapy holistically, considering the emotional, mental, physical, and relational aspects of well-being. I am passionate about supporting clients as they gain insight, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

I am currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University and am committed to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and compassionate care as I support clients in their personal growth and healing.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 11-month-old son. You can often find me at a local coffee shop with friends, going for a run, or spending time outdoors in nature.

I look forward to working with you!
